DMCA & Copyright Policy

Tiksss.net respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Tiksss does not host any TikTok content — video and audio files are streamed directly from TikTok's public servers and are not stored by us.
Submitting a takedown notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe your work has been made available through our Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please email a notice to [email protected] that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL(s) on tiksss.net (or TikTok URLs) of the material in question.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Where to send the original content
Because the actual files are hosted on TikTok's servers, we strongly recommend also reporting the content directly to TikTok via their Copyright Policy page — only TikTok can remove the source file.
Counter-notice
If you believe a takedown was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with the equivalent statements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g).
Repeat infringers
We will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
